What sets us apart from all other companies is our inhouse engineering staff, with direct access to creativity, our hands on Project Managers and our in depth experience with all facets of fabrication & Installation. We are self sufficient with no exposure to outsourcing any process in our manufacturing. Our facility is fully equipped to handle any project of any size.
A & D has certification as a NYC/ NYS Minority Business owned organization. We have also gone through design, testing and approvals with NYCHA and are an approved vendor for cabs & entrances for their organization. We have our EPA for Lead Base Paint renovation, repair and painting activities. All of our elevator entrance and cab mechanics have successfully completed the OSHA 30 hour course. We have tested a variety of entrances at the Underwriters Laboratory in Chicago. This testing has acquired us three UL Labels consisting of Slide Type, Swing Type, and Vision Type. Our last label brings our height up to 10 Feet for our entrances.

Quick turnaround for field measurements. Our surveyors are readily available to measure projects with lead times of just a few days.

Drawings submission with revisions upon request. Our inhouse engineering staff is at the clients disposal.

Samples distribution & approvals. We make sure our clients can see, touch and feel samples of the finished product for easy selection.

Communication throughout the entire process. We always keep the client abreast of any changes and the progress of their projects.

Complimentary renderings. Some clients prefer to see a rendering to help them vision the finished product. We provide complimentary renderings for all OF our clients upon request.
